2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with an order before completing their purchase.

• Artwork

Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Copyrighted and Trademarked Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material submitted to Kingdom Ink.

This may include, without limitation, characters, logos, sports teams, schools, companies, entertainment properties, brands, photographs, artwork, and other protected material.

Submitting an image found online does not necessarily mean that image is free to reproduce commercially.

Customers purchasing DTF transfers or gang sheets are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is print-ready and appropriately sized.
