At Kingdom Ink, each custom item is created especially for you. We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with both your order and your experience with us.

Custom Items & Returns

Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed specifically for your order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to an error or defect.

Please carefully review your selections, sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, personalization, and other order details before submitting your order.

If We Made a Mistake, We Want to Fix It

While custom products cannot be returned, we absolutely want to hear from you if there is an error with your order.

If your item arrives:

• Incorrectly printed

• Different from what you ordered

• With an error caused during production

• Damaged or defective upon arrival

please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, reprint, correction, or other appropriate solution.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

Please carefully review all artwork, sizing, spelling, image quality, placement, and other details before submitting your DTF or gang sheet order.

We print artwork based on the files and specifications submitted with your order. Kingdom Ink is not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided artwork, including spelling errors, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, unwanted backgrounds, or other design issues that were present in the submitted file.

If we make an error during printing or production, please contact us so we can review it and make it right.
